Great article and these are awesome gadgets to help people drink more water.
I have a feeling that I am one of the chronically dehydrated. I hate the taste of water and I struggle to just drink one glass of it. However I do find it easier when I add slices of lemon and when the water is warm. So I drink a cup of warm water and lemon every morning. I also drink green which I’m hoping helps me to be less dehydrated.
Hi Melanie! Thanks for your comment and the great advice of adding fruits like lemon in the water to give it taste. Andreas
